MISSION BUGGED, STUCK IN PROGRESSION

Some "TOUR" missions are bugged, it's been 4 days now that I've been stuck on the same mission without being able to progress and move on to others, the "quick placement and youth roll" mission is bugged for me, not found on the map (no icons) and no information on the missions menu, it's as if it were blocked with a padlock (screenshot attached), but there is no reason for that I have done more than 500 challenges I am high level in the 3 parts of the city, but I still cannot progress the tutorial missions "TOUR 1...".
PLS NEED TO FIX IT.
