Moving From EA app to Steam, Linked accounts but no playtester rewards.

Question

Hey, I played through the playtest and all with my EA account on the EA app, but wanna keep the game mainly on steam (steamdeck reasons). I have my EA and Steam accounts linked but didn't get the playtester rewards when I launched on steam, anyway to get it? Is the progress the same if I log in on EA once to claim the rewards? Will I ever be able to get my playtester rewards?

They should be (at least my friend revived), but, EA is small company, they have problems with that (I was in playtest too, but received nothing)

if you will be having answer for how to fix that, I’d like to hear it too

My rewards unlocked on the EA version, but when I was finally able to get into the Steam version they hadn't appeared yet. I read in the help center that unlockables can take up to 24 hours to appear on versions other than EA, so wait a day and if they don't appear for you open a ticket.
