How can I Spread Eagle and Christ Air on Keyboard and Mouse?

I've been enjoying Skate 4 a TON lately, but I've also had a bit of hate on how BAD the keyboard support is. The tutorial was a PAIN. It shows me the controller inputs, but I don't have a controller, so I'm left with trying out every button (which mostly doesn't work), doing research (but there's a VERY small amount of keyboard and mouse players, so it doesn't work too), and asking AI for assistance, but it's always wrong. So I just wanted to know how to do Spred Eagle and Christ Air on keyboard and mouse. 

Side Note: EA should totally add better keyboard support, proper input UIs for things like tutorials and such. And during the tutorial, I've had an issue with the fact that it tells me to press the Up Arrow to set down a Session Marker, but it doesn't do anything - the REAL way is by using the middle mouse button.
