My Account is Frozen after Accepting Invite when Completing Mission

My account is totally frozen. Every time I boot up the game I can get to the initial startup menu, but after that it is just black screen. I can hear the sound, I can interact with the map, but I cannot play the game. I have verified the integrity of my files and even deleted and reinstalled my game. Nothing seems to fix it. I tried to teleport to the store but it does not do anything besides black screen.
