My game is stuck on the black loading screen but I have tried every fix

Basically yesterday my game was working fine then I got off for an hour came back, loaded up and got the infinite black loading screen. I tried every single hardware fix on the internet and nothing fixed it. I loaded it up on a different ea account and it worked just fine so I have deduced that it is account based. I've deleted appdata etc.. and nothing will work

CAN SOMEONE FROM EA PLEASE HELP ME I JUST WANT TO MY PLAY ON MY ACTUAL ACCOUNT THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. The only way this will work is if someone from EA takes a look and fixes it I am helpless on my end. please I've played since the start and just want to make content on the game!!
