Hello! The good news is that there's been no progression resets/deletions/wipes after August 26th, so your progress is still intact on the accounts you played on, it's just a matter of finding/remembering the accounts. 

What platform(s) did you play on before December 3rd? And do you remember any other usernames you might have used?

The EA Help team should be able to assist you both with locating and logging in to find your progress again. I'd recommend starting here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/multiple-ea-accounts/
