My skate. Account Progress Has Suddenly Reset to a New Account

Hello

I play skate. on PS5, and all of my game progress suddenly disappeared. I can still launch and play the game, but my character, level, items, and progress have reset to the initial state.

My game was previously linked to my EA Account, and I did not intentionally delete my progress.

Could you please investigate whether my original game progress is still associated with my EA Account and help me restore it?

Platform: PlayStation 5
PSN Online ID: VEXWEN

I have not intentionally unlinked my accounts. Please let me know if there is any way to recover my original progress.

    You may want to post this in the technical issues forums, there is a closer eye kept on that one for matters like this. 

    When you check out your account connections on EA's website, does it still show your EA id is connected to your Playstation id? Your progress is kept on EA's side, so at the very least you should not worry that anything has been permanently lost. 

    You should see something like this, but obviously it'd be Playstation in your case.

    If it doesn't, then all you will need to do is relink your Playstation account. I'm not a Playstation user, you'll be able to get better answers on the tech issues forums, but sometimes it can be as simple as this.
