My skate. Account reset?

After this week long update I went to play some skate. And my account fully reset.. any help? I had 13 hours in this playtest only for it to be reset

    They announced that progress would be reset for the last time as skate. moves into Early Access. From the Early Access email:

    Like with our past updates, we've reset all progression and inventory (for the last time!). If you purchased San Van Bucks in the playtest, the equivalent value will be back in your account, plus, we've added a 20% bonus* to your SVB balance.
