New soft lock issue while loading into game? Stuck on menu.

When I start the game it prompts me to one of the menus. Music volume screen I think. I can’t seem to get out of it. Looks like a decent amount of people are dealing with some kind of issue, just wanted to see if anyone is dealing with this specifically. Haven’t played since the server reset thing they did. 

I’ve been playing since march. I never seem to get a break when they update the game. SOS.
