I've gotten robbed off 800 SVB due to inputs glitching in menus making me pay for a fishermans Vans hat and 400 Season pass currency. Please refund these two purchases totaling at 800SVB.

Had the same problem months ago and it was resolved a month after, just recently had the issue again funnily it also bought the vans bucket hat too, must be because its the top item in cosmetics xD
How manage to get it resolve the first time, after a month of making posts I ended up just replying to an dev directly on the report a bug/technical Issues & Bugs section. Then he went and sent my complaint to the appropriate channel...
Try that, also add your EA/PLATFORM gamertag in your post, try editing it...
