Nobody to contact for in-game purchase support
I have already tried contacting both EA and Steam for support, but Steam points me to EA, and they don't give me the option to submit a support claim.
I play Skate. through Steam, and I have recently just purchased around $66.99 CAD worth of San Van bucks (5900) so I could purchase the season pass. I was then scrolling through the shop and found that the Founder's Deluxe pack, priced at $64.99 offers the same 5900 San Van bucks, along with a whole slew of cosmetics AND the season pass. I essentially paid more for drastically less content.
I went to Steam support, and there wasn't an option to request a refund as it prompted me to contact the publisher directly. I then went over to the EA support page, wrote out my claim, only for it say something along the lines of "this issue is not supported."
Having just spent a decent amount of money on this game, I think that there should be a clearer option for users to receive support regarding these. At this point I'm not even asking for a refund, as I would just like the additional cosmetics and season pass from the Founders Deluxe pack added to my account.
