(PC) Invited to playtest,no email,not in EA library
as stated in title i was invited to play test but never received email,nor is it in my EA library

I tried contacting EA help, and as I was talking to them asking to send a new mail, I received the mail with the code in it. I don’t know if it was the operator, or simply the timing. It’s worth a try though.
did you do a live chat?,i tried it already but wont hurt to give another shot
Yes, I contacted them via live chat. Initially they told me that they couldn’t do anything, but I received the mail just 30 seconds later. Quite strange.
I hope you figure it out.
