just did a livechat, but the support has not been in contact with the studio and the studio did not report anything to the support chat. Support told me to make a forum post because the studio is on here reading everything..
So to anyone saying that support fixed this, kindly let us know what route you took..
I highly doubt that support actually did anything regarding the mail I received, but it came in at a very fitting time.
What I did to contact them was acces the games tab under EA-help, choose a random game which was available for my platform, and I was able to choose the option “more help” from here. After this, the website gave me the option to open live chat, which automatically opens a new case for you. You can see the entire transcription of the live chat under your personal cases after you have closed the conversation.
I talked to support 3 times, and they told me that they were unable to do anything every time. I think that it was nothing more than luck in my instance.
