Permanent BUG unplayable HELP please!

My game is permanently bugged, when I start up my game it just shows my board floating in the sky with no player or anything. I am unable to teleport, or fast travel or anything to get out of this bug, nothing is working. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it still does not work. Please help me resolve this issue or can I get an update somehow? My game in unplayable and I’ve very very saddened by this.
