I received my playtest email with instructions but the games not in my library. I’ve restarted and resigned in many times still nothing. Any fixes?

Wow, seems everyone is having this problem. I hope they fix it ASAP.
restart your app. i did it a couple of times and just got the game in my library downloading right now
