The game says "Unavailable"

So I tried doing EXACTLY what the email said, to uninstall the skate CPT file and download the skate file. Cannot uninstall the old one, cannot download the new one. Also, cannot access the playtest on Xbox. What do I do? I got the email, I signed up for the playlets, and now I can't even try it out. Beyond frustrated at this point.
