Received playtest code but it gave ‘game does not exist’ when downloading (PS5)

Question

Hey everyone, looking for someone to help with the issue in the title. I entered the code and when asked which version I required (PS4 or ps5) I selected ps5 and was greeted with a ‘Game does not exist’ error message.

when I attempted the code again it said ‘code has already been redeemed’

tried emailing, ea support, twitter (x) and haven’t got anywhere! anyone else experience this?

can anyone help?

Hello. Try looking in your purchase history. I believe you can find it there on PlayStation.

It’s in your game library.. I had extract same thing and typed it into ChatGPT and it’s in your PlayStation game library&nbsp;

Have you tried initiating the download from the playstation.com website?
