Received the email where I was accepted but file is not in EA App

I received my Play test acceptance email with download instructions on March 11. Eagerly, I went to check my EA App but it was not there. Did a clean install as well and still not appearing. I still check a few times a week hoping to find it in my library. I have sent emails to support but received no response as I am sure they have been getting flooded. I've been able to be patient for a decade, I can be patient a little longer. Just the tease of "you can play now!" and not seeing it in my library hahah.
