Replay Editor Stutters Still Here After Many Months

When is this going to get fixed? I just logged in after a month and there are still very annoying stutters present. It happens randomly and spoils the entire clip/line. It's been here for a **bleep** long time and other people are also experiencing this. I have to attempt the same trick sometimes for 30mins-1hr because the line is so difficult, and it will stutter in ANY of those 30-40 attempts.

The video export function also is very bad even at 1440p, it is blurry and not sharp at all.

Also, why can't audio levels be added IN replay editor? So I don't need to save clip and quit replay editor, go to main menu and then go back in again. I like to play with 10 volume but go up to 70 while recording, it's a small thing but hey, I'd like to see it implemented.
