reWASD gets blocked when it's not running

I know reWASD is banned for a reason but it should only trigger anti cheat when it's actually turned on like with ds4windows or dsx. when i try and run both at the same time i get a "software cannot be running at the same time" error as expected, the problem is i also get the same error when it's not running. i manually killed `reWASD.exe` and `reWASDService.exe` from task manager, stopped the `Game Controller Mapping Service` and made sure it's not getting auto started but i still get a normal error or a "security violation" popup for something called "DiscSoftLTD Daemon Tools" every time. theres no process or service with that name on my pc. the only way to fix this is uninstall rewasd every time i want to play skate, bf6 or literally anything else with javelin. i need remapping to make my dualsense controller work with a lot of older games that dont support steam input and the other alternatives are a lot worse. please fix the database to only flag the actual service when its running
