Rip score hasn’t been added correctly

Upgraded all locations to lvl 10 before I made any city product box purchase, then spam bought boxes whenever I had 30,000+ points, my rip score counted but never leveled me up, it currently says I have 135000/ 7850 rip on my lvl, I can still lvl up my score over time but wish my rip points I earned during my shopping counted.
