My menus and UI dissapear and flicker

I can play the game but the entire UI flickers and turns transparent constantly. When I pause the game, it is just my character standing there with the compass and quick select box. The screen still flickers even when paused. I cannot access any menus because everything is basically invisible. This makes it impossible to complete challenges, join with friends, use the shop etc. It made me accidently spend some of my bird bucks on a griptape because I couldn't see what was happening. I have read that it may have to do with my 9070xt graphics card or amd 9800x3d but I haven't been able to play the game properly since the 'Isle of grom' update. I really don't like what happened with the tricks either. Whatever was changed with the animations makes everything feel too slippery and more like the jumpy-slidey fortnite thing all over again.
