Server change feature

Would be nice to be able to swap to different servers so you can have more people in your city, game feels empty because there is no npc skaters. Just random npcs walking around, at least previously when playing single players there was ai around us skating. In OCE with 0 people in the city every time, but could have people in my city previously before 29th August.
