Skate account reset on release
I played the playtest for quite some time. I downloaded the release today, and my account has been fully reset to level 1, it's basically a new character. Does the progress not carry over?

There was a reset of all playtest accounts about 3 weeks ago when it went to early access.
If you haven't played in the 3-week or so period since then, yes, it's a total new start. If you did play the last 3 weeks, it should have what you did during that time.
