I got accepted into the beta and downloaded it on my PS5 even though I signed up for PC but regardless I have not been able to get in past the main menu screen idk what to do I been contacting ea weekly... I just want to play I feel so left out
12 hours in and nothing I cant get in with my ps5 🗿
Why give us access to a game that won't load past the press A to start screen 🤬 absolute bull**bleep** ...iv waited years for this **bleep**. EA sports is a garbage can fire and I hope it burns in hell.

Guess I'm slide into this thread too. Same issue, had infinite configuring day one, day two spits this error out pretty quick.

I have no idea if you figure it out lmk everything is straight on my end even unlinked my Google and relinkied it on the right account the one that's linked to my PS5 even unlinked an relinked my PSN account to the right ea account very confusing I just wish I could play
I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game countless times I think it's definitely on their end but I see people playing so I'm just really but hurt if I find something I promise to post it on here I'm sure you guys would do the same ! Thank you all I hope we find a solution

I haven't even played it yet but if the beta is this tradgic I don't know I wanna play the skate 4 game it's their best game the skate 3 game was nuts but I might not even purchase it I have to say I want to delete my account to even talk to someone... And their support sucks
I fixed all my emails and made sure they are all matching and I'm still getting this error... I'm on xbox. Way to go EA!

Tenia el mismo problema, y lo he solucionado haciendo esto. Hay que asegurarse de que el correo con el que inicias el juego sea el mismo que el que mandaste la solicitud. Espero que podáis solucionarlo pronto y que solo sea eso....
