I got accepted into the beta and downloaded it on my PS5 even though I signed up for PC but regardless I have not been able to get in past the main menu screen idk what to do I been contacting ea weekly... I just want to play I feel so left out
The 480 error means your psn is linked to an ea account other that the play testing ea account…

Does it though? 😂 Nobody I know has been able to get on and neither have I. Just error codes no matter what we do.
Go to EA help click on how do I delete my email account it should bring you to a forum click make a case or contact support then a chat with us option should appear also they haven't helped me doubting they will help you
Found a fix,
Been having this issue for past few days and even made a previous post in these comments about it but I just read a post on Reddit with a link to the ea website that lets you unlink profiles from your psn and it turned out I had another account linked to the psn. The second I unlinked that account, the pre lease went from the error code, straight into the game.
moral of the story is if you get the code then chances are you have an old ea account from your childhood or soemthing that’s also liked to your psn.
