Skate insider bonus

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I've been playing since the early days of the early access as a skate insider and was meant to have received bonus San Van bucks for being an insider, but I haven't received the correct amount. Both of my friends who were also insiders have received 500 sv bucks but I've only had the standard 250, even though I've been playing since around April as a skate insider. 

Any ideas on what I should do?
