I received an email saying I could play the game early due to being a skate insider. However, when I tried downloading the EA App, SKATE was unavailable on MacBook. And then I have not recieved any codes to download it on my PlayStation?

Same here. Played for like a month, then it closed down, now its re-open, but I cant play. The skate game inside the EA app is unavailable and I can't find anywhere else to redownload it :(
Ok update! I had to uninstall the old version of the insider playtest (Skate cpt) and once I uninstalled it, I went back to my library and the updated version was there ready to install. It's working for me now!

I’m having issues deleting the skate cpt on the app as it’s showing up as unavailable. I’ve deleted it off my ps5 but there’s nothing I can delete on the app. It shows skate cpt and skate with the new title card, but there’s nothing I can action as they are both “unavailable”
Interesting. Not sure how to go about fixing that on console, but the one with the new title card "Skate" is the updated version that works for me. It popped up after removing the old one, still don't know why. Hope you get it figured out!
