I answered on your original post but I'll take the chance and write it here as well. I seem to have the same issue but without the blue stripes.

I have a 5070 and 5700x3d, 32gb. My screen turns black at first, after that it turns grey and stays there until I force my pc to shut down. I've been unable to play at first before the update, have reinstalled everything and deleted the games files in the AppDate folder and it worked until the new version released. Now this "fix" doesn't seem to work for me anymore.
