Title says it all really. Just wondering when it's back up?

ive been playing play test for a few months now but for this update i never recieved a sign up email for this update. does that mean i cant play in now] is it too late?

Community ManagerIf you were in the playtest before, you didn't need to register again. You should be able to download the latest version of the game and take part in the playtest.
