Skate. March 11th Playtest Community Manager needed

   I received an email on March 5th, 2025, 3:51AM, saying "Are you ready to Playtest Skate?" Stoked, i clicked the register link. Went through, it asked what console and what region, basics. It said March 11th all over. And "Hang tight for an email with download instructions next week" 

   March 7th i received an email saying "We are working on the skate. Playtest Signup" and kinda random information regarding issues with " Friends & Family invites " which i wasn't even aware was a thing cause huh? The email also included a bullet point at the bottom, "For more information please visit the skate. Playtesting Forums" with a link that brought me to a blank white page until today. 

   Today, March 11th, i eagerly waited for an email with a download code, I clicked on the original email and followed a link which brought me to a Queue, which alluded to it being for the EA playest site for skate, because it was through the email for the playtest.

   I waited 28 minutes. It was my turn finally, and it brought me to the Battlefield playtest. I never signed up for it and wasnt sure why the link brought me there. I checked the skate. Ea Forums, and i see hundred of people talking about the issues and how they think its because of the difference in Time Zones, and some people saying its available for them on PC, but also people saying they were also brought to the Battlefield playtest through the link they received for Skate.

   I go and try to contact EA, and its a mindless loop of links and trying to figure out just how to speak with a Rep. I get through on Starting a Case about a "Issue with a Order"  I click the problem of console, and Select PS5, and i get through to Piyush after about 1 minute. He communicated that we needed to raise the issue to a post with the Forums in order for a Community Manager to help with the issue. I am hoping that this issue is figured out not just for me, but for all of us and the sake of communication with those that support the company. Hope to hear back soon. Much love to Piyush!

  • I was freaking out thinking I would be one of the unlucky ones that had issues with their redemption but so far so good. However I can't say the same for a couple friends who are stuck with no code email and just a link loop to set their desired platform and to expect a email sometime next week even though they got approved for today. Not sure how to help them honestly other than to have them keep an eye out. As for the issues I am having, I can't seem to get the actual forum for the game to load from anything provided to me, so here I am.
