Skate not appearing in library.

Skate cpt is in my library but not the new skate. I have logged in with gmail,steam,username and email, reset my pc, uninstalled ea app and reinstalled, uninstalled cpt through windows instead of app and uninstalled through the app, I cleared the cache and its still not showing up, it is 100% not in my library, I can clearly see all of my games. I messaged support and got this response

Thanks for waiting and I have check and there is no issue found on the account, as this is the playtest which is for the testing purpose only so in that case I am note down the feedback and will share the feedback to the team so that the team can investigate the issue and then resolve it as soon as possible.

Has anyone else with the same issue had any luck getting hold of anyone from the team who can help?
