Played yesterday and now this morning the game is not in my library.
If you haven't already I'd try the App Recovery button that you find by pressing top left in the EA APP.
In case anyone is looking in the future, this worked for me for this July CPT. Game wasn't in library, did the app recovery and now it's there.
