skate. playtest survey broken, marked as done before getting to invite friends

Same thing happened to me and I'm pretty upset. I have been in the extended play test for months and haven't played much due to lack of friends. 

When we got into a one month long one before we played every single day. Just let me invite my friends in...

I wonder if it's a mobile UI issue. The first time I did this, it was on desktop. Today I used my phone. 

Same issue, I went to go copy the emails; came back and it was alrdy submitted

I was on desktop when I filled out my survey; I didn't even get to the invite section, just threw an error 500 while I was casually filling it out and kicked me back to the EA playtesting homepage.

same issue here. waited for emails and by that time page had timed out. says I'm accepted but my friends aren't. hope it get fixed soon plz

I had the same thing happen earlier. I got excited messaged some people but by the time I got replies with emails it timed out or I lost connection. It signed me up fully but now I can’t add anybody either. Support suggested trying to do the survey again but that didn’t work either. 

I am in the exact same boat, I have been searching for a way to get in touch with a real person at EA but that just seems to be impossible
