skate progression didn’t transfer between devices?

i usually play on my desktop but i wasn’t home so i tried playing on my laptop and none of my  progress transferred my character didn’t save my or anything i only have one ea account so i know i didn’t log into the wrong one

    Also having this issue, mainly play on Desktop, downloaded on my ASUS ROG Ally for travel and my level and shop items are fine but all my missions reset and now I can’t “grab” to complete a mission lol
