Cannot find a list of the in-game soundtrack anywhere. I have the "Utopia" song, from the "80s glam" in-game music channel stuck in my head so bad. In the game it just says "Utopia" Universal Music. I've searched everywhere and it seems like this song only exists in the game. Is it AI music? Am I just bad at Google? Help
I have the same question. I've got the song "This is Where We Belong" from the "Home on the Range" playlist stuck in my head. Just like in OP's case, the artist is listed only as "Universal Music" in the game, and my attempts to search for it online have turned up zilch. It feels like a generic country/rock song and I too am wondering if it is just an AI song.
There's no AI music in the game right now. Any music listed as "Universal Music" can be found on their website.

The game doesn't have any AI-generated music. Anything labeled as "Universal Music" is from Universal Production Music.

How are you able to tell that it is by Zubin Thakkar? I still don't see artist info on that page, and the album looks like it is a compilation of Nashville artists. But I must be missing something. I wish they would just credit the actual artist in the game, it's all a bit odd.
To the right of the song name, there's a little down arrow that only shows when you hover your mouse over the track. Click on that and it shows additional information, like the composer and lyrics.
