Slo Mo

I have just downloaded skate on my pc I have peen having a slo mo issue every two seconds my game get laggy and goes slow mo I believe this isn’t a pc issue due to the fact I have a 4060 and a i7 and im not the only person experiencing this I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still dosent fix it how do I fix it?
