Slow Motion Gameplay on PC👎

The game itself is getting 60+ fps but my skater moves like he's under water.

It's ridiculous how long this issue has been going on, lots of people give a ton of different fixes but nothing actually helps. It seems to get worse when you're around more people, and completely stops happening when you do challenges, so it is not a PC issue, ESPECIALLY when your setup runs current Gen games like Spider-Man 2 at over 100fps with no issues. Even if the amount of people around the player causes stress on the CPU/GPU there is absolutely no reason for this cartoon-y Fortnite looking game to suck that much power from your PC. This is just unacceptable, people have spent hundreds of dollars alone on this game and it's simply unplayable on PC. Either just fix the issue, or make an offline mode like EVERYONE has been asking for.

How many more microtransactions do y'all think they'll add before they fix this?
