So I spent 500 san van bucks on the skate pass currency and I don't own the pass

I was trying to get the rest of my free stuff I earned and without realizing I didn't have enough for the very last thing I bought 1400 skate pass currency. I'm pretty pissed about it mainly because I don't even own the pass so I have nothing to spend it on. Tried to contact support but of course they say they can't revert in game purchases. I just really want my 500 san van bucks back. Even if the currency carries over to the next pass I don't have enough to buy the next pass unless I finish it and claim all the free stuff again.
