So if it was an in-game clothing store like the other skate games you wouldn't have to grind for rep to unlock "the most basic" items no..?

Fair enough most of the clothing items in the loot boxes are **bleep** but buying the boxes isn't just for cosmetics, you need to buy boxes to level up your rip score or you are going to progress at the slowest rate ever.

Takes 2 hours at most to do the daily challenges for your rip chips then you spend them on boxes because you can't use them for anything else...  If you don't like the clothing you get from the boxes don't wear them, buy something from the store.

ItssSmokeyy I think you're missing the point...

Yes, cosmetic items are easy to unlock by just playing the game... But, you shouldn't have to grind for rep/currency, than roll the dice opening lootboxes for a chance to win something like white socks... 

Making everyone work for cosmetic upgrades is fine... But nobody should have to waste time/money just to get the most basic items...

It's easy, all you have to do is some more repetitive challenges, collect some more repetitive points, keep playing this arcadey no-skate-culture game until you can go to the so-called 'skate shop' that is nothing like a shop, open a loot box and, pray the random number generator lands on 'white socks'.

Basic cosmetic items are not difficult to get at all, as long as you do your daily challenges you should get enough chips to open multiple boxes and you level up at the same time while your doing this so what is difficult about that... All you have to do is play the game.

100% agreed I almost never wear pants so give us regular black and white socks in the next box or bundle or sum

honestly, I don't know why but it is what it is I mean I'm sure they'll make it easier for everyone sooner or later we just gotta wait tomorrow or in the upcoming weeks

You really shouldn't have to level up neighborhood rep / open lootboxes for a pair of simple white socks... 

There's no reason why basic cosmetic items should be that difficult to earn... 

I have plain white socks I believe it all depends on how far you are in the neighborhoods
