Soft Locked

Even though I completed Own The Spot Hedge Bustler (one of the first missions after the tutorial.) it still there. The mission is still tracked and i cannot untrack it and its the only available mission i have. I didn't get the clothing rewards upon completion but it did give me the orange currency. Somebody said untracking it and restarting fixes it but i cannot even untrack the mission. I played the tutorial the day before launch on console and switched to PC after launch. Sounds like others are getting soft locked in different missions too. Progression is a total mess right now. I'm basically left to an empty sandbox to play on now...
