Can't get past a certain point in the tutorial, have had the map open and close with the same voice line playing over and over, please update me with a fix thanks

Same issue - I'd love to delete my save data and start again, but guess what? all the files are server side.
I can mash buttons and change screens in the map (even managed to teleport somewhere via social tab), but as soon as it closes is loops the same "skip all" - Map opens and then closes - Repeat.
For me it is happening with the dialogue "levelling up as a local extrovert" "ill also keep it up to date with new challenges, tours and other helpful things for finding your way around"
