stuck in mission listen to vee skate and cash in + missing deluxe items

Hi ea support team,

Iam currently experiencing two issues in skate

1. Iam stuck at tour 1 skater eyes in the mission listen to vee skate and cash in. the mission will not complete and i cannot progress further in the game
2. i purchased the deluxe edition but not all of the included items are available in my game...

cold you please look into this and let me know how to resolve the issues
