been sitting here on pc looking at the configuring loading circle for about an hour.. don’t wanna close or reset app because I feel like there’s a queue with all of the high traffic goin on rn.
They tested what I suggested - uninstall and then re-install the beta. When you open it back up, an update will roll out, and you will be put back into the game.
I walked away from my PC after being at "Configuring" for over an hour, came back a few minutes later and I was in-game
Xbox S. This DID NOT work. Guess I'm stuck on configuring and ERROR retries till they decide to let me in.
Open the Services in windows search bar
Scroll down to E (letter category)
Right-click on the EA background service
Select Properties
Change the startup type from Disabled to Automatic
Click Apply
Click Start
Click OK
Close the Services applet
Restart ea app and launch. IT WORKS BB LETS GO
I had this too. Waited for like 20 minutes. Decided to do a repair through the EA App instead of a full reinstall, and deleted the Skate folder in Documents. Don't know which solved it, but launching the game after that I had no issues.
this also happened to me i tried everything. quit the game and re launched and uninstalled and reinstalled ... i just closed the game and walked away for about an hour or so and then it worked fine.
