Stuck on “Go to Extravert to Level Up” part of tutorial

Alright so, the last 3 days I’ve tried to play skate, it won’t let me get any further than the “Go to Extravert to Level Up” mission either in, or slightly after the tutorial. It starts by me loading the game, spawning near Extravert, and a cutscene plays after a few seconds “Your effort in the Own The Spot” that cutscene, I see in the top left it says, “go to Extravert to level up, so I walk up the ramp, not touching anything but the left stick, walk up to the zone where I have to hold Y on my controller to get into the shop. When I do, amazingly, the shop loads! Now what? I don’t have enough money to buy anything, no cutscenes play, no special clothes, just the shop and the music in the background, I have looked in every page and in every corner for anything but to no avail. What do I do? Reinstalling doesn’t work.
