Stuck on Mission - Tour 2 Shingo Scoring step 5/7 not registering fully

currently working on completing my tours while playing with some friends and I completed the steps on 5/7 but was joining a mission as it completed now it’s not registering me getting 2000 line score.

I have 450 sequence and 2x multiply marked and grayed out but the other one is glitched. I’ve gotten 3,4,5k multiple times after this and no progress occurs.
