Stuck on the Skate 4 tutorial. Can't set a session marker to continue it

So I'm very interested in Skate 4 since it's been so hyped, and I like the game, but I'm stuck on the tutorial. I'm playing on a PC with the PC controls. The issue I'm facing is that when I press the Up Arrow on my keyboard, it simply won't do anything. Even if I hold it, still nothing. Help!
