Stuck on Tour 1

I am stuck on the last part of Tour 1: Skater Eyes I have completed every part of this mission but it’s stuck on the last one. It just keeps repeating “listen to vee” and nothing ever happens. I tried deleting the game and redownloading it did nothing. I tried everything and nothing seems to work. Please get someone to fix these issues.
