Stuck on Tour 3: Express Yourself

I am currently stuck on Step 8/8 [Listen to Shingo], and it doesn't seem to let me get past it. I believe this bug happened when the servers were experiencing issues, and I got disconnected before I can do any of the steps which caused it to auto complete and skip to the last step. If anyone knows how to fix this do let me know, if not hopefully this bug gets fixed, or if possible to restart the mission over that would be awesome.

Side note: I tried uninstalling the game, repairing, verifying the integerity of the files, and installing it on a whole different platform none of which has fixed it.
Platforms/Apps Used: Steam/EA.
