Stuck under map

Pretty much what it says on the tin, was climbing the tall tower in 1st area. Got disconnected and when i reconnected i was stuck under the map. Just looking at a skateboard and a black square. I have searched and tried all the joining partys, teleporting, trying to place a object to unstick myself but nothings working. Gameplay id is 1684089590. Please can a dev reset my character from the server side i cannot play the game currently.
